his or her own personal website.
This is the website - also called: URL - or Your Personal Referral URL -
that you may use to promote to have people signup at your website.

Each person who joins D Texan Opt-In SafeList may also enter the Members' Area
where you will find helpful tools and links.
Tools include:

Each person who joins D Texan Opt-In SafeList will be able to send ads once per day.

Each person who joins D Texan Opt-In SafeList
is placed in the Company rotation database with one rotation.
This is the main rotation database that will show a randomly picked
member's website from the Company’s advertising.

Each person who joins D Texan Opt-In SafeList and Rotators
is also placed in the members' rotation database with one rotation.
This is the database that randomly picks a second person
to be paid each time someone signs up.

and pay that member $5.00 via Stormpay.
Once that payment is complete, you will be sent to a randomly picked member’s Stormpay button to pay the randomly picked member $5.00 via Stormpay.
After paying the two members, you will pay the Hosting Fee of $2.50,
and the Admin Fee of $2.50.

Please Read Before Joining

ONLY 1 Website per Stormpay email address - If you try to create more than 1 website - our software will not create it during setup - Do not try to create more than 1 website per Stormpay email address. You will not be issued a refund if you try. Stormpay will accept your payment, but our software will not create more than 1 website per Stormpay email address!

By submitting payment to the "D Texan Opt-In SafeList and Rotators" member's stormpay account above, you are sending him or her the first part of the membership fee to become a member of "D Texan Opt-In SafeList and Rotators", after that first payment, you will be directed to the randomly selected person for the second payment. Then you will go to the Hosting Fee payment page, then the Admin Fee page. To further explain..."D Texan Opt-In SafeList Rotators" uses a database and CGI script to randomly select a sponsor's Stormpay payment ID when the randomizer URL is called from a browser. This places the ID into the Stormpay button as shown above, and the new member pays the sponsor the first part of the joining fee. Next the new member pays the randomly selected member, then the Hosting Fee, then the Admin Fee.

After you have made the 4 payments, you are redirected to the admin page to complete your setup by selecting the amount of weight (number of extra rotations), if any, to add to your database entry. The randomizer page, when loaded will select from all members' IDs entered into the database, Those members with a higher weighted rotation will have their ID's displayed more often. All members may increase their rotation weight at anytime by visiting the Upgrade page.

By joining "D Texan Opt-In SafeList and Rotators" and adding your stormpay ID to the randomizer, you agree that you understand fully that the system is random and if you select to choose a lower rotation weight that your ID may not be displayed as often as another member who has a rotation weight set to a higher value. You also agree that you understand, not all visitors to the randomizer main page that is advertised by us will automatically choose to join the system. We do not and will not guarantee that all members will receive random payments from the system although all members' ID's are rotated and ID's are displayed. We will guarantee to provide reasonable ongoing advertising of the randomizer page for the duration of this program.

SPAM, Please make sure you understand fully the rules about unsolicited advertising. All members who join the system will be issued with a Personal Randomizer URL to send to their own prospects to join the system via their own stormpay ID, The URL is issued with your member ID included in the address. You may use this URL to link to the randomizer from your website, by sending it in email messages and sending direct traffic to it.

We operate a strict ANTI SPAM policy and WILL without notice, or entering into any correspondence, DELETE any member instantly that uses the D Texan Opt-In SafeList and Rotator link in any form of unsolicited advertising.
